Recently, Xihong once again demonstrated excellent technical strength and rigorous craftsmanship, successfully delivering the stainless steel elbow FSPE coating project for Technip Qatar's NFS project. This is the third coating project undertaken by Xihong under the Technip NFS series, marking the continued deepening of cooperation and the steady improvement of Xihong's professional capabilities.

Facing the high standards and strict requirements of this international project, Xihong's technical team and production department worked closely to develop a reliable and scientifically sound construction plan. From process design to on-site execution, every step reflected Xihong's unwavering commitment to craftsmanship.

The entire process — from sandblasting, flocking, spraying, cooling to final testing — was strictly supervised by the quality department, ensuring every step was safe and controllable, every detail refined, and ultimately delivering first-class quality products.

Throughout the project execution, all tests were strictly conducted in accordance with the technical documents approved by the client, with full traceability and complete records. A detailed MDR file was ultimately produced, successfully passed client review, and received unanimous recognition from both the client and the supervision team.

To ensure the safety of finished products during transportation, Xihong specially customized wooden crates to properly package and securely store each elbow, awaiting shipment. Every detail reflects our dedication.
